The National Honor Society is a community service organization for high school juniors and seniors. Acceptance into NHS is based on four major areas: character, scholarship, leadership, and service. Only those juniors and seniors who excell in all four areas will be invited to join.

*Seniors

Entrance Procedure for the National Honor Society

Eleventh or twelfth grade students who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.3
will be invited to join.
Students are required to write a 500 word essay on why they deserve to be admitted.
Students must obtain a letter of recommendation from a non-relative community member.
All paperwork must be received by the end of the 10 school days after the student has been notified.
