Mission Statement
The mission of Bruce Township School is to provide an atmosphere in which students can achieve mastery of basic grade level skills. The staff of Bruce Township School believes the purpose of the
school is to foster a high degree of academic and social performance while encouraging the students to be responsible for the development of their own potential. We accept the responsibility
of teaching all students, preparing them to function effectively at successive grade levels.
Philosophy
The Sault Area Public Schools believes that learning is a continuous process which proceeds through the entire life of an individual. Each student is a unique entity with inherent dignity in worth
and must be treated with respect. Each student has aptitudes, interests and attitudes which must be recognized in the school. Therefore, it is the Sault Area Public School purpose to reflect the needs
and goals of the community and the nation and to provide an educational environment within the limits of the financial means being made available by voters for the school district to prepare each student to meet their role in society.
