We are known for the "Soo Locks". Many visitors are here during the summer months to view the ships and the lake freighters.

Canada is right across the International Bridge.

The four-year Lake Superior State University(LSSU) is located in Sault Ste. Mare.

Many children participate in youth hocky programs. Our winter lasts about 5 1/2 months, and we have a lot of snow.
